Ironman Canada Goals
Here are my goals for Ironman Canada. I'm putting them on the blog so that everyday I'll be reminded of what I'm working toward.

How to achieve world class fitness!!
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Wow...Ironman. What an amazing physical journey you have been on. It is inspirational to see you and others like you who have made such great goals and met them. I used to be in shape but sickness and 5 daughters led me to not eat healthily. I am trying to regain a good fitness level and weight again and your story is encouraging. Thank you!
